This research was carried out as a project of School of Management, at University of Bath. The subject of this report is ‘Placement experience by BAF and BBA students’. A survey has been conducted to collect the data.
This report deals with the personal experience of a sample of students about their placement, and the purpose is to provide fresh students with the information which is obtained from the senior experienced students. This will help new students to get a better idea and knowledge about what is placement and what preparations they need to have to take this milestone step in their academic lives.
Job placement is the requirement of most of the academic programs at graduate and postgraduate level. New students are both excited and nervous about their internship program. For this reason, they ask about the knowledge and experience of their seniors and try to anticipate about their own. The purpose of the research and writing this report is to provide the fresh students with the information linked with the job placement. This report is based on the experiences of the individuals related to their job placements. It is going to help them prepare well for their internship or job placements. This will ultimately help them to perform well in their internship programs, and learn the most out of it.
This report provides the information from the selection of company, getting the contract, duties and responsibilities, to the experience and the views of the individuals. Beside all the information, this report has some limitations. As we cannot go and get the information from each and every individual, we had to a get a sample and work on it. Due to small sample size, it is difficult to apply the results obtained to all the population. However, this can give an over view about the exposure.
